★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are good at selling you thing like warranty but if you ever have to use it or even WANT TO EXCHANG SOME THING AFTER 2 DAYS they will give you an vary hard time. I went to exchange my gpu after 2 days and they made me give it to them just so they can test it. I had gotten a gpu by msi and the mem temps where 120c. I have gotten one msi gpu in the past and the fans where vary noisy and now this one has vary bad temps. all I wanted to do was exchange for an EVGA one. well just make sure you are getting an good product from the start cuz if you take it back you will not have an good day. they are now testing my card to make check I am not making things up. now I will have to want up to 3 day he side and then they will tell me if I can do an exchange or if I am stuck with an garbage product. so now I will be at home with an pc with no gpu even tho I spent so much money on one. I do not know what I am made at more msi for making bad produces or canada computers for having stupid policy's. can not want to make an 30m drive again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a dingy feeling store with narrow aisles. The service is so-so in most cases, but depending on the sales rep it could vary. If they picked up the phone more consistently I would have a given a better rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Knew little about pc's while trying to build one. They helped me and the employees very helpful, knowledgable and explained amazingly. They didn't have the 3000 series GeForce graphics cards but it's not their fault. Going to pick my PC up next week and I'll see how it turned out.
Update: PC works great and fired up right away. No issues with any of the parts and have had a great experience having my first PC. Staff was helpful to troubleshoot minor problems I had when setting it up. Would recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here to use my points before they expired. I had ordered a USB hub and it arrived in a timely manner and I only had to wait for the person already at the checkout to be served. A quick glance of the store seems to be just a few customers in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who has very little experience working with computers, I was very pleased with the customer service I was provided! I had Rajal help me out and he was fantastic with the service he provided me; very patient with the multiple questions I had and was able to answer them all thoroughly. He provided the best recommendations for what I needed, and even took the time to show me around the store to find what I was looking for. Many of the staff in general were very approachable and easy to talk to, but I definitely want to give Rajal a shout out for an awesome experience from start to end. Highly recommend this location and this associate for assistance with technology!
