★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down best pricing in the market. Sunny was a joy to work with, always prompt with his updates. The TV was on backorder but it came in 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Delivery was hassle free and Zakir was really helpful during it. He was courteous and ensured that I was well setup before he left. He even gave me a few speciality screws to mount the TV which saved me time and money as they were sold out everywhere.

Telecity was happy to accommodate an exchange and delivered a second time for no extra fee. Transaction was handled all over the phone and Sonny was great in answering lots of questions to help choose the best model for me.

He was knowledgable, offering up great suggestions and putting my mind at ease by answering the numerous questions I threw at him. Once the deal was agreed upon, he promptly sent me an email confirmation and the delivery was scheduled. The delivery man required my assistance to bring the boxes in which was fine by me. My husband contacted Sunny and he gave the pricing over phone. Not only he gave us the TV rates but also he provided some technical guidance in choosing the right TV.
We got our TV delivered to us by Zakir. He helped us in setting up the TV. It was so helpful as we have stairs in our house and it would have been difficult for me and husband to do this. By ourselves.
I am thankful that I found about Telecenter. I will contact them again in future for sure.
