s	shellian daley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a soup from this location and there was a hair in it. I understand that there’s a no refund policy however, in some situations exceptions should be made. This is extremely unacceptable. The only option is to either receive an exchange for a new soup or an order of equal value OR to completely take a loss due to their lack of cleanliness. Realistically who would want another soup from a location that they already found a hair in their first soup from?

'The porridge was not good at all , bland and tasteless. It was like they just mixed cornmeal and water & the festival was hard as a rock ; I could not even bite/break them aprt! They weren't fresh at all. I'm highly disappointed I wasted my money.

Tonight's offering was basically unedible. Jerk Chicken on 'hard' rice (not rice and peas) with unseasoned and undressed coleslaw. Chicken pieces were ok but very boney and for a large, basically one drum and 1 thigh cut in half. On top of it all, original timing was about 15-20m after the order (which is what they offer) and then changes to 45m+ after order. Not enough staff and other than one lady, staff didn't seem interested. Was standing with 4-5 Uber drivers waiting plus 2-3 customers not yet served. Will not go back to this location and possibly no other. It's really too bad.

When this unprofessional lady finally decide to come a serve she started to slam down the spoon like she’s sick then she started to kiss her teeth and giving nothing but pure attitude. I have never met some with such a bad attitude be allowed to actually server people she needs to be put to work in the back. I didn’t even end up ordering any food!!! Such a turn off!!!! ? if I could give a zero star I would have!!!
d	d dubs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why all the hate here. Im a pro reviewer.. ordered off uber eats Saturday morning and they hooked me up nice nice. The food was delish. Better then other locations. Seems most of the people here care about the staff licking your shoes. Don't worry about all the staff treats you just be happy to get the good food what's wrong with this world today? I bet half these reviewers are still walking around with a mask and terrified of covid laugh out loud these guys are awesome, the food was spicy, the food was fantastic - thank you and see you again soon #BelieveThat

I wrote them off a year ago and decided to try them again tonight. I ordered jerk chicken and festivals. The chicken was cold and the festivals were dry and hard. I put the festival in the microwave for 15 secs to soften it up and it was still hard. That shows how dried out they were. The restaurant was very dirty and mold is starting to grow on the walls over in the corner by the newspapers. The tiles are broken and some are missing at the entrance creating a trip hazard. Since moving from over by Ocean's that place has become a dump and the food has followed as well. I will be avoiding that place like the plague.

Flavours were phenomenal and portions very large, each meal could feed 2 people comfortably. I was very happy with this order, sure it took them an extra 20mins... but it was well worth the wait. Can't rush quality. Thank you for an exceptional experience.
