If possible I would have given 0 rating, Its been 3 months & I had 2 issues with my bedroom set. I paid for extended warranty still my issue has not been resolved. Whenever we buy any product the associates are like buy extended warranty it will help. But when we contact them for complaints or issue with furniture. Leon's is like store the manufacturer is not responding back. This is not our problem if manufacturer is not responding. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!BEWARE DONT BUY FROM THEM

I came here to buy some furniture and I must say Manwinder is one of the best sales rep they have. She is so pleasant, understand your needs and so easy to deal with. She actually went out of way to help me out with my mattress and Sofa requirements.

Went yesterday, looking for a sofa set. They had manager's special deals. As we walked in there was a pleasant lady welcoming people. I came here after visiting BadBoy. At this Leon's location there was nobody following you around. If felt good looking at furniture without somebody lurking in the shadows. Place was clean, only too many kids around. Will go here to make a purchase.

The store has a welcoming aura and very helpful staff. Shazia was great! She helped us zero in on the mattress we were looking for. She was super patient and gave us a lot of time that helped us select. Even though it was nearing the closing time, she did not make us feel rushed. Roland was equally warm and helped us with the billing. We would like to come back for more!

My first experience in this store was magnificent.i purchased a mattress after 20 years. I'm elderly and partially disabled. Mr Dillon took excellent care of me. He is extremely caring, very knowledgeable with products, very informative and gives excellent advice. He treated me the way he treats his family. I highly recommend Dillon and I'll come back to purchase my couch.

I accompanied my neighbour to Leon's to choose a sofa for her living room. Our experience was WONDERFUL from the outset. Upon entering the store we found it to be exceptionally clean and well organized. The saleslady (Shazia) was extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to leisurely browse the store unaccompanied but making herself available when we had questions. Delivery of the sofa went smoothly as well. The delivery men were polite, professional, efficient and on time (we could track the delivery in real time). Best of all, Leon's has a policy that if the price of an item drops within 60 days of purchase the customer gets the difference refunded. That's exactly what happened with my neighbour's purchase! This type of customer service is so rare these days, in fact it's almost non-existent. If I could give this location TEN stars I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

Update - Contacted Roland, and he went way and beyond to correct the issue and help me out. He was spontaneous and was more than willing to try out all the possible solutions. It was a breeze to get things sorted out once he came to know about it. Appreciate the help. 5 Stars for your devotion and service. Truly impressed. My two cents for anybody facing an issue with his order/ product. Contact Roland directly. He will make sure things are sorted out as swiftly and ethically as possible . I would give a negative rating if I could. Ordered a pair of bar stools from them. Firstly kept on going back and forth for the exact delivery date. When got them delivered, recieved a product that was already rusted . Contacted them on the same day as of the delivery as their policy says that ' defects have to be reported within 72 hours of delivery' And now it has been more than a week of sending them emails, Pictures of the defective product and contacting them to ask as to what will be done for the rusted product , all they say is " Someone will Call you back soon" And " we will see what we can do " A very frustarting experience. The bar stools have been sitting in the box since the time of delivery . Who expects to buy brand new furniture and recieve rusted pieces. Will never buy from them again. Very poor customer service and poor quality furniture.

We came to buy quite alot of furniture at this location and Suvansh helped us out with everything. He showed us exactly what we needed and would recommend him to anyone that wants to get furniture from here. He is great!!!
