Trainers specially Baljeet Singh is awesome treats you with respect and trains you with proper technique and is very patient and understanding and also Azzaro’s protein shakes are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this gym! Come here everyday! Only downsides are the members can be a little selfish and lack gym etiquette. Bags on the ground and people standing in front of you almost forcing you off a machine. I was once doing cable cross and had a guy come and tell me to move to another one as if he owned the gym. Another time I was doing dips and had these two girls standing basically 1 foot away from me waiting while
Speaking to someone else in their language and looking at me… Overall, a good gym but beware of certain members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this gym! Ladies change room is very very clean. Staff is friendly as well, except for one of the female managers. Not sure what her name is but she is very unfriendly and does not greet you when you arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working out at LA for the past couple months now. The staff is super friendly and the workout areas and equipment are well kept and clean.
If you are looking for a personal trainer, I would highly recommend Baljeet as he is dedicated, willing to work around your schedule, and extremely motivating during your workout to constantly help push your boundaries!

It’s been a month I have joined this gym with my friends. We are having such a great experience. The only thing that invites us everyday is the positive attitude and welcoming environment provided by each staff member. As we were the beginners but their assistance keeps us motivated and supports us to improve everyday. Even though there is not any separate area for the girls to workout but still we feel it is comfortable enough for the girls to join in. Will definitely recommend it to everyone.
