V	Veronica Loredo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very friendly and the trainers are really there to motivate you. They really do their best to adhere to covid19 guidelines. You'll get a great workout: be prepared to sweat!

I do not have the time or resources to visit the location, this is why I asked to cancel the membership. I have them written notice on April 10th 2022 and they have been trying to charge my card monthly ever since, I can see from the other reviews that I am not the only person experiencing this issue with Orangetheory and I am currently in the process of reporting them to the better business bureau in hopes of a final resolution, if that doesn’t work I guess I will have to lawyer up (extremely unprofessional OTF)
R	Reet Banga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience- kept charging me monthss after i left, i told them multiple times to cancel my membership but they wouldn’t. I was only on a 2 months commitment and monthly after that. Even the instructor was very average and with a class that big, you cannot expect individual needs being catered to. So not worth the money and the scam that followed for months after.

Once they get you to sign up, the service only goes downhill from there 5.) The equipment has holes and they put tape over it 6.) becareful of their marketing tactics, you will find out their limited hours after you sign up

Z	Zaina Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I even begin?? Worst experience ever. During the pandemic, I invested in a home gym. As a result, when gyms reopened in August, I cancelled my membership. I received an email confirmation from the manager Annie Gill that my membership was cancelled. Lo and behold, I was charged again in August...and September...and October... Each month, I emailed the manager and she assured me that my membership was cancelled and my credit card has been removed from the system. And each month, she is either lying or incompetent. I was charged again in November 2021 as well as December 2021 and now she has just stopped answering my emails. She also conveniently doesn't have a phone number and can't be reached at the main number for the gym because according to staff, she is never there. It got to the point where I had to cancel my credit card and file a dispute. And even though this is an on going issue, I've never received so much as a courtesy telephone call. And I'm sure once again in January I will receive an email saying they have tried to charge me once again I don't know if this company is extremely disorganized, or just plain fraudsters. But I do know that the appalling customer service (or lack thereof) has been enough for me to deeply regret ever joining this gym and seriously reccomend that you do not. They will continue to charge you even after telling you your membership is cancelled. And they will not care at all to fix anything.
