Place is unmaintained! Orange seat cushions are black and covered in stains, all air vents covered in grease and dust which is blowing into our food, water damage above the cooking area (been like that over year) possible mold growth! Ordered fried rice got warm rice instead, spring rolls were refried about 5 times! Food wasn’t fresh!

The food itself is good, and the atmosphere is nice. There is two problems though, one is the payment system. I’ve gone here frequently because of work and the debit machine needs to be replaced or changed. You can never tell when it’s going to agree with you. The second is that you can’t get a full combo, for the last couple years there have been no spring rolls for combos, so you get no side even though you’d pay for it.

First time at this location. Very disappointed in Tom Yom soup as it was watered down broth with no taste. Green chicken curry the eggplant was overcooked mush. Extremely disappointed at this location, not like others I have gone before. Will never return to this location again.

Half the time I visit I'm not sure if they want customers to leave them alone or appreciate their continued patronage. They would improve their score by focusing on customer service interactions, not sales, but human interactions. Give me something as far as a "Hello, how can I help you today" or "I see you came back for more of my mouth watering General Tao Chicken. Will you be having the same today or trying something new?" The later statement clearly requiring the employee's knowledge of the customer's actual former visit... Food selection is good, generally delicious, and won't gouge a family of four for dinner. I am not sure about purchasing the Spring Rolls presented at the cashier, who knows how long they sit in the 'heated bin'. Today we ordered one General Tao and two Cashew Chicken meals for take out - approximately $33.00 CDN. First thing I noticed was the size of the containers. Since our last visit a month or so, it appears the takeout containers have changed and are approximately 2/3 the size of the original. I am OK with that because the meat and veggie portions seemed to remain the same, they just took away my rice which I never really finished anyway. The only downside is that I think today they accidentally upgraded my Mild to Medium and our Mediums to Spicy. Turns out we all survived though. MMM MMM.

The fried rice was overkilled with onion and pineapple was barely used in it. I requested thai chicken on it and the chicken was very rubbery and tough, along with very bland. I always buy the same food item from different locations and they all taste great aside from this one.

Been to many Thai express locations before. This one takes the lead for being the worst. First thing is they took 20 mins to make my order when I was promised 10 mins (which is way too long for β€œexpress”) and than the topper was they had no lime. Guys pad Thai everywhere you go comes with lime. It’s like having a burger with no buns. Anyway it seemed like they were definitely under staffed and not skilled in making the dishes. For future, consider hiring at least another front person and turning on another burner. Also, do not open the restaurant without having lime. Seriously.

Been to various locations, all great experiences except this one. First off, the server/cook seemed to be high on something. The rice was mush, chicken was rubbery, lacking in vegetables and flavor. Imperial roll was soaked in oil and no plum sauce.

Complete waste of my money. I got a soup and asked for less noodles. Instead I got a full bowl of noodles. My soup was about $12. Broth was substandard. Vegetables apparently means 6 slivers of carrots, a bit on onion and a bit of green onions.4 slivers of beef. If the entire dish cost $3 to make that was it. But that's stretching it. Will never order from this place again.
