L	Lori Bee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I use to go here 2 years back the food was great.. Got food feb 27th 2022. Veggie noodles,veggies fried rice and and pepper shrimp. The rice was tasteless, the noodle only tasted good bc it was salty, and that was not pepper shrimp it was few pcs of shrimp with lots and lots of onion and bell pepper. Was not spicy at all. I am disappointed in the amount of food given and how much u have to pay for that little amount of food. The taste was 1/10. Dont belive me. Order and try it. The amount of food given was very little and prices went up. Not worth it. Thought I would support my.own ppl, but defiantly won't be going back there again. We ordered for the birthday dinner at home and we all had the same response it was embarrassing. Thanks for taking the time to read.
M	Mel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good. Have ordered from them several times. My only complaint is the brown lady working as the server. Visited yesterday evening Feb 4th 2022. Preordered by phone to the lady. Walked in, stood at the counter. A brown couple walked in after me and stood behind me. She looked right passed me and asked the couple if they were here to dine in. She sat them while I was standing right there. Then she asked if I had been helped. Plus she proceeded to get the order she took from me over the phone wrong. Hopefully she can be trained to attend to all customers in an equal manner.
F	Farrukh Siddiqui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience me and my wife had catered from here for an event for about a 100 people did a few confirmation calls to make sure everything will be on time and prepped for the 7pm time we had asked. When it was time to get food they had forgotten to make a dish also stated the price would be more then what we were told on 3 separate occasions....the food itself was 1 hour late which was terrible as we got it to have it before breaking fast time. When spoken to manager he had no sign of sympathy for their mistakes just wanted their money. Very unprofessional and unkind service never will we be doing our catering service from them again
p	pricilla rambhajue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE TERRIBLE restaurant! I went there to eat with my family I’ve heard the food is amazing . We wanted to dine in the restaurant is beautiful inside . As we walked in there was only 2 people working there. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We ordered 2 items and waited and waited our food took about 40 mins to come. The waitress never came to us once and apologized for the wait. She didn’t seem to care for her customers. This restaurant only seems to cater to those taking out food and not customers dining in as I saw they were more focused on customers coming in to pick up their orders. When our order came the server only handed us one of what we ordered and didn’t say when the next item would be coming. I then saw her put on her jacket as if she was leaving then my husband had to go ask her where the other Order was then she came with the other order like how ridiculous. On top of a 40 mins wait for food they put on the most vulgar music and my 5 year old is sitting there ! It was only 6pm at this point . I understand this is a Caribbean restaurant but I’ve never been to another Caribbean restaurant that they had this type of music playing when people are dining in with kids. I would give if zero stars if I could . Just terrible!

I think at this time people spend too much writing negative reviews and don't give credit where it's deserved. Keep up the great work you do blue colada...

I hosted a birthday party for my daughter with expectations that the food would be catered to specific time of 7pm. I also called in advance to remind them of my order and the time. On the day of, I sent some family members to go pick up the order and the food was not ready, they waited over an hour and they didn't even make the right dish. The person that was in correspondence with my family member kept beating around the bush and won't come out with the orders and would not explain why they had to wait so long. There was no empathy, or apologies for the long wait and the fact that they had the wrong dish brought out. They kept hiding in the back and wouldn't come out to let us know what was going on. The food was for iftar/breaking fast for my family. So imagine I have over 100 people at the venue waiting to break fast with the food that should have been there over an hour ago. I am humiliated that I chose Blue Colada for the first time and to have such an awful experience. They tried to over charge us after multiple time of confirming the order and the price. The food wasn't that great. If your looking for catering, don't bother WASTE of FREAKING TIME. Also if I could have given them NO Star I would have.

It’s honestly an embarrassment to call that place a West Indian restaurant… even mall Chinese food taste better. Also not to mention the service was slow and the attire that the employees wear is very unprofessional. I didn’t know that servers wear Tim’s to work in. The place is fairly decent inside but the food and and the lack of professionalism is horrendous. Never in my life will I go back!!
S	Sandy Hakh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is so tasty especially the wings. And the amount you get for small size that should feed up to 8 people. It actually can feed more than 8. The money was worth it for the amount you get. And I believe they cook it fresh. I'm hoping it's not warmed up like other places. You should try it!
