★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the best experience I had with Wendy’s. Lady taking my order via drive thru I believe she said her name was Shabini? (I apologize if I spelt your name wrong) she also had a manager tag on her was very nice while taking our order. She did not rush us, ordered several things and did not seem annoyed. We appreciated her patience and great customer service. The owner knew why they were doing making her a manager. Food was hot, we were happy! Thank you

Cashier was friendly and polite. Kept well run staff. Tables cleared and customers taken care of efficiently.

They lost the order by the time I got to the front.
How can the cashiers be this incompetent?
If it was busy, I get it. 1 order though? I order 1 sandwich, you could have memorized that. Didn't even ask for a second item.
