At no point in our dealing was there any 'high pressure sales tactics'. This was refreshing as at other furniture companies I 've dealt with in the past that's all there was. She gave me honest advice throughout the entire process. She gave us excellent deal. The installers and delivery guys were excellent too. They had a great attitude and nothing was any trouble . They also replaced the damage bed's headboard and a chair that I have noticed few days after the delivery. I would definitely use and recommend Royal Furniture again. Excellent service, product and price.
