The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they have a wide range of selection. The staff helped me find a bed set that fit the style of my home. They provide great quality goods at affordable prices which is hard to find these days. The product came in great condition and was delivered on time. I would highly recommend Greatwood furniture for any furniture needs.

Update After waiting more than 2 month for the end tables to clear at the port, They said the manufacturer no longer produce them!!! I requested the return of the center table and console as I bought them as set, they refused to return the console and only returned the table, and refused to pick it up along with chairs the needs to be repaired after promising to do so, and I had to get van to take them to their shop, they kept on stalling on the repair and refund for another 3 weeks, i paid and made the order on November 15 2021 and got my refund on Feb 14 2022

I can fully agree with the previous comment about their customer service once you paid them. They legit don’t care about you anymore and will give you excuses for anything and everything. I hope the real reviews will keep possible customers away.

Simrat , Ray and the entire team of GWF were an awesome pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process from selecting to delivery of furniture. They were phenomenal with their communication and happily assisted us with any concerns we had. I'll gladly make a purchase from them again. Thank you for everything! I will recommend everyone to come and have a look at their stuff. It’s adorable.

No complaints about the bed but the sectional sofa there is a lot of complaints. For the delivery we had to wait so long and then they sent 2 people from their store to deliver and assemble the bed and sofa. They came did what they have to do and no courtesy to our walls and stairs, at which we did not say anything. After doing their job they told us to put a good review on Google with their names and we did so. The sectional sofa was not the colour we requested, as being new home owners we did a lot of work getting furnitures. The sofa cushions were not aligned at all. We called and showed them pictures of it and they agreed to change the cushion only and we agreed to it but they couldn't deliver it to us so we had to go pick it up ourselves. After doing so, we got the cushions and put it on and please note, we rarely sit on the sofa, but we use the bed everyday and no complaints about the bed. The new cushions aren't even alligned and when we called them back they mentioned that they can't do anything anymore. For any refunds I have to pay them for delivery and they take 25% off the price which is ridiculous. Who would buy a sofa just to return it? We are only asking what is fair. I did not have a good experience. The guy on the phone said it was my fault (which doesn't make sense)that it wasn't aligning and that we took a few weeks to get back to them the second time around. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this I had to...
