We are going to sue them based on the consumer protection law. We paid the sofa and we ordered it since 7 Jan 2022, they said it can be delivered in 3-4 weeks. Eventually, they have different unreasonable excuses to not deliver your product ( - they called you at the last min saying the colour we picked was out of stock and we needed to choose a new colour. Then they promised you that delivery will be on time. - then we waited for the entire day without getting it, we called them, they said they suddenly got an email saying that it got delayed even they promised no delay before. - some other excuses like driver not working on a certain days, weather ( even the weather was absolutely fine) ) This is definitely a fraud case and we will take legal action!!

We told them so many times to write down what we want as we wanted custom built. They promised us again and again to do the same. At the day of delivery, they cancelled it giving us silliest reasons. They wanted my husband to help unload the furniture even though we mentioned that he have back pain. Then they re-scheduled it, when we got the delivered they were not able to take it to the first floor as they promised us no matter what they would. The color of the bed headset and design was totally different that we ordered. After calling them million times everyday we got no sensible respond back. They told us that we have to pay additional $ 250 to get the bed unassembled, take it upstairs and to assemble again. We did not agreed to it but after getting no answer we had to go with this option so we paid the extra money. They were very rude and unprofessional so please go somewhere else and safe your money. You won’t get any reply from them incase if they mess up( definitely they will)!!!!!!

Please do read this review before buying anything from this store! First of all they made wrong commitments and then delivered the bed headboard of the wrong colour item and left it in middle of the hallway! When I told them it is not what I ordered, they just bluntly denied. They committed to us to assemble the bed in our room, however they just dropped it and stopped entertaining us. They started asking for more money then. Pure manipulation and unprofessional staff and owner! They don’t deserve to sell anything!!

Excellent Customer Service too. Staff was amazing and super helpful with my questions. Female salesman on the floor is incredibly great at her work and soft spoken. I would definitely recommend them.

Even though they said 1 week of delivery time, but they managed to deliver within 2 weeks of time. That is reasonable time.
