You need to bring the old part in. Me...so how do I take it out..them not sure..me ok thanks..would I go back maybe after I get me part and get it changed. Would I buy there again nope, would I recommend probably not

He was so respectful and took time with me and showed me the entire warehouse. He made me feel so comfortable and his prices are very reasonable. Then our 2 supers from our Condo bldg both needed stove & I gave them & our office manager Tim's card. Both purchased their stoves.Tim is amazing with his customers. A	Al Doran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two very positive experiences with Royal Appliances of Brampton this year so they are our Go To appliance dealer! In July of this year we had a tenant with a washer that broke down and after looking at half a dozen places we found Royal Appliances on Rutherford Rd in Brampton and we selected an over and under Washer / Dryer unit by Whirlpool at a very good price. Royal delivered it and took away the old equipment. Smooth transaction. Tim Mitchell was the guy who looked after our requirements that time and we made note of his name and number. In November this year, the large Amana refrigerator we had in our kitchen broke down and our repair guy told us to save our money and buy a new one. We went back to Royal Appliances and to Tim once again. He helped us find a replacement unit that would meet our needs and at an affordable price. We had some challenges as we had modified the entrance to our home since the Amana was delivered over 20 years ago. Tim delivered the new Frigidaire unit himself and took the doors off the old Amana to get it out of the house. The new unit came in and fit perfectly. Tim, and Royal understand the meaning of Service! We highly recommend them.

When all other big stores struggled to offer any confidence of service, stock or delivery these guys came through very well. I got a good deal on a slightly dented Whirlpool front load clothes washer. I would most definitely go back. Thanks.

Errol attended us with full attention and showed us the products we were looking for. Even this other colleague came to offer help but since we spoke to Euroleague, he called him. They seem like a good team.

The price was great and it was delivered when she said. The old dryer was taken away and the new one was stacked for me. Excellent sales and delivery.
