K	Kash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better prices than the regular retail outlets with their sale. However, when booking an order, do consider transportation and installation costs. They don't offer that free of charge. There is also a clause that you can't cancel an order and get refund even if it's before delivery. So when you pay the advance just know that now you gotta buy something from them. They do book some open box items as well but bake sure they are not giving you one of their old stocked items that ain't selling. Best to do your market research before booking something with them

I have purchased all kitchen appliances from OurHomeAppliances and unfortunately I had issue with my wallmount Oven. I am thankful to Miss Sonia who have helped me in addressing my issue in no time. She was so concerned and did multiple followups which was supposed to be done by me as a customer. I had purchased a full package and got a best offer here. All in perfect condition and working well - writing a review after in 6 months of use. Amrit helped us in buying the package of appliance. I must say she is an exemplary employee and deserves to be commended for her knowledge, expertise and commitment to providing nothing short of excellent service and pricing. After that I had purchased a brand new laundry machine which had an issue ( I understand its an electronics and sometime it could happen the fault/malfunction with a specific part) then I was in keep touch base with Sonia from their service team and I got the same level of customer service from her. She had been providing me the update each week based on her followup directly with appliance company and had expediate the process in order to fix and resolved the issue on timely manner. All was sorted and laundry machine is in working condition back as a expected. I would say I got an excellent after purchase service from Sonia and your company would be lucky to have her on the service team.

I dealt with Amit, and he was really good and great customer service. I just ordered my appliance today and pending delivery which is after 2 days but so far my experience have been great. Highly recommended. Thank you
P	Preetinder Walia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service. big time liars. they took booking in December with promise of delivery in Mid January. in mid January they said it will be mid February now. when i put some pressure they agreed to deliver by January end. they said that to fulfill the commitment they have bought from some other retailer and giving it to me. when i got the delivery it was clear that the item was received directly from manufacturer to them so that means they were getting and it selling it the new customers who were coming and people who had paid deposit were being denied. when finally the items were delivered the refrigerator had a scratch on left side. the same was noted by the delivery guy and pictures clicked and sent to them. the said the manufacturer will replace it and the manufacturer(LG) says its retailers responsibility. have no option of giving zero rating else would have done it. my advice to everyone stay away from these crooks with your hard earned money.
