n	najat tooza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service !!!! Mr. Yousif did a great job in everything including accurate delivery, nice treatment, great quality items . I bought sofa set and coffee table . All went great and it was over-expected! Excellent job and thanks alot Mr. Yousif . I highly recommend buying from this place again.

Gentle spirited, he gave me time to make my decision and was not at all pushy as a lot of salesmen are. I bought my sofa on Saturday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday after Victoria Day Monday. Then the two delivery gentlemen, AMARJEET & NAV SAINI, again displayed a world of patience and care and a lot of skill in getting the furniture inside my home. It presented some difficulty because of size but they eventually mastered the job with professionalism.

T	Terrilyn Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a couch set from here. We had problems with delivery wherein they promised delivered on a Tuesday and finally they guys showed up on a Friday. Sales representative was very unresponsive and did not get back to me. Then we notices that the chair that was to go with the couch was slightly different then the couch and loveseat. The cup holders were a different colour and the stitching was different. We called the store and was told they would send the proper chair. I've followed up with email (because calling is a waste of time) and have never had a reply back. I also reported that the stitching was coming out of the side of the loveseat and again no reply. We still have the mismatched chair. Very disappointed. Not reliable at all. I would never recommend or buy from this company again.

Bought a couch. Got a delivery after five months. Still there manager has attitude to deal with customer. Never going to recommend this shop to anyone. Please spend your money and time somewhere else who knows the value of customer. They don't keep there promise.

Firstly I placed my order and they told me that they will be delivering my order next week but even after two weeks they didn’t have any clue when they’re going to deliver. Then they brought a king bed in and when I asked them this isn’t the bed size I ordered they insisted I keep it and even asked me to pay extra for it. Also while selecting my bed I asked again and again whether any of the beds have slates and he insisted. Long behold there is a bed with slates. Absolutely disappointed. I tried to reach them on the phone and they stopped answering. I tried to get through to them on Instagram and they blocked me there too. I tried to connect to the owner and no one has called me back. The customer care agent was rude and said she would call me back. I didnt hear anything back and when i called them back the store was closed for the day. I paid cash for the beds because they insisted and now we are stuck. I asked the delivery team to take the bed with slates as it’s dangerous since my kids like to jump on the bed and they said they can’t I m so disappointed with this company. Please BEWARE BUYERS they sweet talk you into placing an order and don’t care about their customer after you pay them.

As soon as I entered the store, Yousuf( sales rep) entertained all of the questions and was honest about the products. Will definitely recommend this store to people who have visited Ikea and various other store but didn't find anything exclusive and good.

The person I dealt with never mentioned that it was defective, top glass was loose, holding part were broken and screws were missing. While delivering, they never touched the top glass as they knew it was loose to deceive me. Finally I found and asked about the loose glass. Inder, one of the persons, told me that it will be okay if you put the screws inside the cap holder (the part to fix the glass on top. I believed him, then paid the amount. At home I found that one cap holding part was missing and there is no option to put the screw. They knew it but didn't tell me that. When I called back, now no refund and no exchange. I bought very expensive furniture from them in the last two years. There were some problem after delivery. They fixed those problems but I had to wait months though repeatedly requested to Inder. Please never believe them.
