I went to many stores but the kind of service at Queens was the best. They helped me customize and I am very glad that I visited Queens Furniture.

The service is always phenomenal, and Manny alway goes out of his way to ensure everything is properly executed. Looking forward to my future purchases , as everything they offer is unique and great quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy is a great salesman, he would say he is the next best thing to a slice of bread! Thats what the 2 star is for. In terms of Customer Obsession and Deliver Results, I will not go to this guy for buying anything. I went in to buy furniture for my house where my wedding was suppose to happen. The guy promised me saying he had the bed in inventory and promised it would get to me on time. He sent the delivery drivers with sofa but not the bed. I came to know that bed wasn't coming after the delivery guys said they don't have bed. The guy didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know, second when I called him an hour after the delivery drivers came, he is like "Brother, I just came to know myself that your bed wasn't on the truck", I wonder why the brother didn't follow through to let me know it wasn't getting delivered. He then wouldn't answer my calls, and I had to send my friend to see if he receives the call and ignores, there you go, the guy just ignores and never had the courtesy to respond nor resolve the issue. So people, if you are going to buy something from him, you can give him a chance by giving deposit, but don't ever pay the full amount before the goods arrive at your door the way you ordered. Otherwise don't even bother.

The furniture was not only delivered but installed. The delivery guys made it so simple and easy. The owner of this store is so friendly and knowledgeable that he knew what we wanted. Will definitely go back again. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We thought we would be getting an incredible deal on our couches, and dining set however, not only was the furniture delivered late than promised, a few days before it was supposed to be delivered Mike called and told us that we would be getting completely different colours from the ones we picked originally and then when we were also promised that there would be scotch guard protection on it, only to find out that they did not do that either. Do not come here, they seem nice at first and then they screw you over, as long as they get your money they could not careless about ensuring that you get the quality you deserve. We left this store excited about the new furniture we bought but it quickly became one big headache. My mom had helped my grandparents furniture their living room with this store but when Mike became comfortable with us he also began to slip on the quality he promised. I would not recommend this place at all.
