We were utterly disappointed by Wayfair. New to the city, we ordered loads of furniture from them. Slipshod service from customer service, it depends on who you speak to. In addition, no reply to our emails. We got the confirmation that our mattress was arriving tomorrow but it got cancelled today and we don't know why. When we rang customer service earlier, they said no such delivery was arranged yesterday. Horrendous. Wayfair has some lovely collections but they've just lost loyal customers. Too bad.

Delivery is a mess! Ordered a table December 3rd. Received only the top of the table in December 14; legs (part 2) were missed. Got notification that legs were delivered December 28th with FedEx but I didn’t get anything so far. The all experience is so frustrating; they have lots of products to choose but shopping on line it supposed to be convenient and easy and I don’t need this frustration in my life. My table top sitting in the garage for 3 weeks now.

Unethical. First they took my online order and delayed the delivery time. After one month of waiting they cancelled my order. The same thing was available later at double the price. Thank you. Good Bye.

The moment you decide to return an item, they remove your ability to review it, so keep that in mind when reading the reviews. This means that unless someone takes the time to review an item before deciding to send it back then you are never going to know the flaws of that item and only people who like their items and their associated reviews will be counted. They have obviously done this on purpose to weigh the reviews in their favour. Also, both the items I ordered were not as described and I had to send them back. I will be sure to review this 2nd one before hitting the "return" button.

I’m so disgusted with Wayfair. Their customer service is the worst. We bought a picture for our living room and the state of product they delivered me was ridiculous. The box was damaged and the frame was cracked in half. They didn’t even bubble wrap the product. They won’t replace it, and will only offer me a refund if I return this item to a purolator depot, and once they receive it from there then they will refund me. Problem is there is no depot around where I live (remote town in Newfoundland). I ordered this back in January and waited patiently for it to come and it was not cheap. I lost all trust in this company and will never order from them again.

NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!! Please be aware that Wayfair does not pick up defective bulky items. Its logo is β€œWe’re ready to help”. But they DO NOT HELP. They have made me problems. - The date of the delivery of a sofa bed was changed several times. - That was OK for me, I was just waiting. - Two delivery teams delivered two sofas, as the first sofa was defective and we got the second one. These men could not assemble a sofa, they just didn’t know how to do it. I was waiting for the professional assembly that should be provided by Wayfair. I received nothing. So I lost money paid to Wayfair for sofa assembling. - That was OK for me. I just paid the private assembly. - I wrote emails to Wayfair about this situation. But they have not solved my problem, I just received emails from their agents that I should wait for two weeks and how I should dispose a defective item. Now it’s MY PROBLEM to dispose a defective bulky sofa, NOT WAYFAIR’S. I need to spend my time finding out what to do with such an item as well as I will probably have to pay extra money to dispose the sofa. It was funny to read when I wrote that the provided link of the disposal guide didn’t have Toronto, they advised to use it again!!! How it is possible! I have thought that Wayfair is a reliable company that values its clients and its reputation. But it really does not. So Wayfair have lost its client. I do not recommend this company at all! If you are looking for a company to buy furniture, do not choose Wayfair!!! You will just lose you nerves and time.

You can always find quality treasures on Wayfair.ca at a reasonable price. And if ever you aren't satisfied, Wayfair.ca has a great return policy that is easily managed. Here is one of the items I've purchased. Corey 59" Velvet Flared Arm Loveseat I absolutely love my new settee (loveseat)! The color is a true velvet burgundy. A great accent piece that adds glamour to any room. Even my boyfriend said wow when he helped put the feet on and place it in theroom. The settee is long enough to lay on with your feet resting on the arm. Arms are high enough to comfortably sit and rest your arm. Given the low back make sure that any painting that hangs behind is high enough so you don't lean on it when you sit back. If you are looking to add punch to a room, this piece will do the job beautifully.

Had a leather couch delivered in sept 2019 and over the past month the stain on the couch has begun to come off. I paid over $3500 for the couch and recliner, both are as good a trash at this point. My recommendation would be to never buy a big ticket online from Wayfair, they won't stand behind there products, and in this case a leather couch and recliner that barely lasts two years
