From beginning to end, Sunny did everything he could to make this the most smooth process of attaining a new mortgage. I have nothing but the utmost respect and gratitude for his work. He made my wife and I fell like we where family throughout the process. If we ever had questions he was there to listen. I find alot of other brokers want to get the job done and your just another paycheck. But Sunny cares about his clients. And I wanted to say Thank you for that!

We have been trying to get into the market for over a year and he was always here by our side and gave us his honest opinion.
He is a man of his words. If he says something, he will do his best to get you that.
He got me a mortgage with TD with a very good rate. Even though I was a TD customer, working with the bank directly was not enough to get me what Sunny got me.
