Parmjit told us to waive off mortgage condition and we did same after repeatedly confirming from him as we had 3months period for closing .Parmjit said it would be processed 30 days before closing.our fault :we trusted him and relaxed.When we asked him 3weeks before closing ,he started making excuses and one lady staff at receptionwas rude and misbehaving. Then closing was done with other mortgage guy with very high rate of interest.
