★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED! I would have given zero stars if possible. I got in touch with him for getting a water softener installed in my house, yes! he does that as well. As soon as the contract was signed, he disappeared...stopped taking my calls and never responded to any texts. I guess a person who doesn't understand customer service cannot be trusted with anything, irrespective of the service being provided. In today's competitive market, you would be better off finding another service provider who at least cares about you even after the papers have been signed.
