★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time there today and I'm happy that I went. You just don't get that same one-on-one personalized service at Best Buy or anywhere else. Truth. Staff there were warm, very helpful and know their products. Even the guys who helped me load my purchase to my car were the sweetest guys! Shout out to Abdullah (who didn't let me leave the store unless I get the best value for my money), Reynaldo A, Ron, and their very pretty manager whose name I didn't get, sorry. I'm definitely going back there and recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars! *****

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn't purchased from Visions before, but they happened to have the TV I wanted in stock so I decided to give them a try. I ventured out to the Brampton store, which was uncluttered and well-organized. I got great service from Ujas. The TV is very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing for a selection of electronics for the home and car! What I enjoy the most about the location is the staff is kind and friendly.
If you have a flexiti card, this place provides some of the better price plans compared to others.
Definitely check this place out, you won't be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit to the Visions Electronics store location and i have found that it is a big electronic store. They carries various size and brand of television, Home Appliances and home utility devices. This location of Vision Electronics have really a nice, polite and helpful staff. When i visited them on Boxing Day 2021 they have really competitive and lucrative offers. This chain sells, home theatre systems, car remote start systems and installation services, laptops, Drones, DSLR and action cameras and many more. its worth to visit them once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a TV online. It was delivered by Lumis I believe. I purchased it a little early while on sale as I am finishing my basement. During delivery the sole delivery individual struggled to get the TV to my door. I heard a big Bang in the back of the delivery truck BTW. Anyway I inspected the box minor damage. I removed the box cover the packaging looked fine. The screen looked fine. I repackaged the TV and left it for 3 weeks while I finished my renovation. Fast forward to the big day. Powered on the TV the screen is cracked all over. Internal nothing you can see our feel only visible when powered on. Submitted a damage claim to which I'm informed all damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours or your claim may again may be denied... Turns out may is actually will....Well isn't that just great. Called vision got customer service rep she will only read the policy to me and suggested I find a tv repair place. Thanks. Got escalated to manager who would like to help but again 24 hours issue and vision won't take a loss on the TV....I get it I guess....I guess it's my loss ($1250). So the shipping company won't entertain any complaints against them unless within 24 hours. I guess that's their way of mitigating the sole delivery individuals challenges to deliver a 65 inch tv in perfect condition by themselves. These are not small companies but they are acting like it. Visions could do the right thing here and have a customer for life or they could have a one time unsatisfied customer. Not giving up just yet.... See what happens. Btw 1 star was mandatory for this post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend visiting visions for your electronics needs over some of the other stores.
The staff are by far so great to deal with at visions. I was greeted by Nick in the brampton store, who took the time to answer all my inquiries and walk me through different options on the item I was looking at. The staff at Visions has a great customer experience. They are definitely doing the right things to make the customer feel appreciated.
Will be using Visions for all my electronics needs going forward.
