G	*GI* Jane** on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I waited for my food I stood by the prep table and watched two women slap food together like it was garbage. I cannot believe the quality of food going out of there and the lack of attention given to food prep. Making food without even looking at what they are doing, this place is an absolute joke. Quality control needs to be watched at by video camera by upper management to see what is actually leaving that restaurant. Nobody should put up with that.

I also ask for a manager then we were able to place the order,I will havebto consider if we will return to Wendy's
M	Mel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most disgusting place to eat. This is how they serve baked potatoes. Once my drink had a strong smell of a certain spice. Plus the drive through staff are incapable of remembering straws. That says alot.

S	Stephanie C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here tonight as the website said they were open. Waited in drive thru for 30min no line. The speaker wasn't responding after 15 so I drove up. Waited for 10 minutes at the window. Multiple employees saw me and ignored me. Some not wearing masks either which is insane considering cases are over 100k now. I drove off but the LONG line behind me is experiencing the same thing and some are even honking to get their attention with no luck. Very disappointed. The service used to be good. I don't usually write bad reviews but this was such a waste of time, especially with the price of gas right now. I get night shift sucks but c'mon. Won't be coming to this location again.

My husband got left on hold until I finally drove down there. I went through the drive through and basically got told by the girl at the window that I was lying. Nice work guys.

For example a 100 page spiral book is cheaper than a 100 page refill paper. I would recommend Dollar Tree ? over this store location
I	Inside KT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not eat out often, especially fast food. I went through the drivethru last weekend and ordered a spicy chicken meal for the road. After driving away and opening my food I was disappointed to discover a PAPER THIN $9 spicy chicken which I could barely finish. Yes, I did eat it- because I was starved! My meal was over $13, you'd think quality checking would be a part of the process. Up your customer service, smile a bit and for crying out loud QUALITY CHECK YOUR FOOD!
