We had ordered the bedroom furniture which was scheduled to be delivered in mid Jan. After 3 weeks of the estimated arrival date, we tried reaching the store by leaving voice messages and emails. Unfortunately, no one had the courtesy to revert back. We finally recieved an email that our furniture is "estimated" to arrive after 2 more weeks. We were very disappointed and checked the same furniture in Brick store 20% cheaper. If you are looking for better customer service and prices, please don't consider this store! We are shocked to learn that many other customers had terrible experiences with Ashley's poor product and service. Simply horrible client service and prices.

This is the second time I have visited this store and ended up spending way more than I expected. Not because things are expensive, but because their staff is super helpful and the furniture quality is amazing so I end up with lots more than I originally went for! Both times I worked with Aaliyah who is incredibly sweet and always works to get me the best deal she can. Really knows her stuff!

My experience was wonderful. Aaliyah the sales associate was so friendly and warm with me and my family. She helped us pick a great couch that fits our family rooms and family needs. She gave us great options and did everything to help us out. Ashley is wonderful for furniture whether than me for your kitchen, family room, or bedrooms. Everything there would suit anyone’s home.

Super bad experience, I do not recommend buying from Ashley. I cannot understand why they sell products that they do not have available in their inventory. We ordered a Havalance bed, they told us that it would arrive in 3 months, it never arrived so we went to the warehouse and they told us that in 10 days, 10 days passed and the bed arrived but less than half the bed. They told us that in a week it would arrive and it never arrived "again they failed to comply" now we have been waiting for another week to see if they finally comply, and they do not return my money either. Meanwhile we will continue sleeping on the floor.

When we first entered the store we were a little shocked at the prices for the sectionals. However after visiting several other furniture stores, and seeing the quality and the prices that were out there, we very quickly decided we would go back and take a closer look at Ashley's. The sectionals are far superior in every aspect. Plus our sales guy, Kirti Berry, was very helpful and suggested alternate configurations that might work better, with our constraints. In the end we purchased what we believe is the sectional that was meant for us!! We are very excited to receive it and are thankful for a very pleasant purchasing experience!

Dave, new Sales representative, was excellent for me. He was courteous, patient and not pushy at all. I went in looked around and decided to leave to price other places. I came back to Ashley and was greeted again by Dave. My husband, my daughter and I decided on two pieces of furniture. A sectional and a dining table and chairs. The process too a bit of time but it was the wait.. Manager and Dave were great. I'll be coming back for others accessories for my home. Thanks Ashley for a great experience.

First, I have a history with Ashley, and have trusted them with other quality furniture purchases over my lifetime! Great safety measures being followed for covid. Great customer service from the sales rep to the manager. Most importantly, time to wander, sample, and think before making any decisions. No pressure, just support. Thank you. I will come back to update once my goodies have been delivered.

We had a good shopping experience at Ashley. We walked in knowing what we wanted and the sales associate who helped us was not pushy at all. In fact, he helped us get a deal on a coffee table set and when I said I wanted to sleep on it, he told us to come back on the weekend and the deal would still be valid. Good experience overall, the only issue was at checkout. My Ashley credit card was declining and we did not know why. Customer service called the credit line to get more details, but it really took a while for us to get connected with someone at the credit office. I just wish that was quicker and more efficient. Overall, I am still happy with our experience
