★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently ordered new sofa set from Sofa Mart, it was delivered to me 1 week ago and I am so happy with my purchase. Sofa set is very solid and the it is perfect design as I expected. I live in Whitby city but end up buying Sofa from Brampton with recommendations and I do recommend everyone to order with huge designs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After searching all over for the perfect couch, only to find disappointment time and time again, my wife and I finally stumbled on Sofa Mart.
They took the time to help us get the perfect fit for the U-shaped sectional we wanted (our room dimensions didn't allow for any U sectionals from other stores), and advised on different customization options, and we got every aspect of the sectional just how we wanted.
The couch was fully customized in every detail (material, fabric design/pattern, back cushion stitching, depth, height, cushion firmness, accent pillow pattern, layout, etc)
They didn't make us feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions. Overall it was an incredibly positive experience and we highly recommend them and will definitely go back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware, worst customer service. Everytime they have excuses for delivery. They promise to call back but never call back. Still waiting for my delivery.Promised 3 times for already, but never showed up.
Not sure what else I can say, but they should improve the customer service, not like some paid, they get their money and you stuck with the delivery to arrive.
I hope they read this review.
