I went to the store twice but rest of the things I could text him my order and he was quick to place it. I bought a lot of things from here. I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife have been to many Indian furniture stores but Ritz furniture stand out from the rest in a way how they attend their customers as soon as someone enter the showroom. We have purchased lot of stuff from here and all the credit goes to Mr Prince the way he attended us very first time.He made sure to spend lot of time on showing different designs and also suggest how we can customize different Canadian made furniture .!!Never in a Rush .!
He is always our Go to Person when we think about buying any new furniture.!!Even during the delivery for our very first order for our new house he took care of everything and made sure it was delivered as promised.
I would highly recommend to deal with Mr Prince at Ritz furniture.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would give zero star rating for this place . Save your time and go shop at other place where they value customers time and customers satisfaction. I bought a king size bed and mattress in December 2021 . I paid for the purchase and they promised me i will get the delivery in 15 days. They delivered the mattress as promised but failed to deliver the bed. When i purchased the bed they didn’t acknowledge that the item is out of stock. When i called their customer care they promised that i will get in January. They again failed to deliver in January and gave me a new delivery date in February. Once again they gave me another excuse and told me they will deliver in march. After waiting for 3 months finally they delivered last week. Its your responsibility to have clear communication with your customers .if the item was out of stock i would have never bought it in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prince is great in his work. He never forces customers to buy stuff but instead focuses on giving them the right advice and then let them make the right decision. Also great service and prices overall by Ritz Furniture. I was given a price which nobody in the market was able to meet. Also they helped me get my stuff on time as committed.

Their customer service is also really good and they’re always willing to help, especially Prince, he helped us a ton. Overall, the experience was good and I would definitely buy again from them and recommend them to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality products and no warranty! Felt like cheated ! Need to open a case in consumer forum now. It’s been just few months and bunk bed center wood completely shreds up !
The upper part is shaking a lot and feels complete insecure for kids! Even no finishing of wood sleets and drawers size etc
This is $500 product in just 8 months became piece of junk
They do not even considering manufactured defect warranty even though I was told at the time of purchase !

Karan and Monika helped us during the visit. Got the bed delivered the very next day. The guys who came to deliver were really humble and set up the bed without any hustle. The prices at the store are competitive and quality is great. Must visit the store for all your furniture needs.. ?
