★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delayed delivery. When I visited the store they charged me in full in advance and then later gave me partial delivery. The excuse was they don't have the item in the stock ( They don't care to check the stock). Then you keep calling them and they keep postponing the delivery date of the pending item which I got after 2 months. This is not a one time incident but its a common thing with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited today. Staff not helpful at all. Mid conversation started talking to another person who interrupted. Didn’t even bother to check if we still wanted the item. Won’t buy from here and prices no different to larger stores like Leons. If you want quality and customer care, go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go to a big box store. I'm usually an ongoing supporter of small business this past has the worst customer service ever. I brought a bed frame about 8 months ago, a piece of the headboard broke around the bottom and when I went back to get it replaced under warranty they told me I didn't have.The salesman was extremely rude. They charged me 100.00 to replace a section of the headboard, they were late on delivery as well which I had to negotiate,.

Initially thought mid night delivery was more delay for some genuine reason at their end and hence accommodated mid night delivery.. but later realized that’s a regular pattern with them causing inconvenience for several others too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There can't be a better place than this to buy furniture in GTA area.
Initially I was a bit dicey to buy furniture from here or no but I took the plunge and was glad I took it.
Price : We enquired at 5-6 places and the price difference was at least 20% lower compared to other places.
Commitment: They had originally committed to deliver on Friday but I called them on Wednesday if they can deliver on Thursday and they agreed. Despite one of the snowiest days of this season they delivered it.
Quality: Most of the furniture at all stores is imported and so does he. I showed them a picture and the product turned out to be the same.
Hiccups : Due to the king size of headboard, it didn't go up in the first try. He sent his 2 personal workers to help me after a week to get it to the right place. Of course it was paid but they were quite reasonable.
Communication : Every time I called, my call never went unanswered and they always called back. Mani, Shubham and the owner all were so courteous and willing to help in every way they could.
I still don't believe despite such amazing service they have such bad reviews. Kudos to the team and I would definitely buy furniture from here in future.

We regret buying furniture from this place. Worst customer service. Initially they promised to deliver the furniture on Tuesday, but they postponed and delivered it on Saturday at 11:30pm. We have purchased over 4000 stuff from here. They promised free delivery and installation. However, they refused to do the installation at the end minute. They just left everything to us. It’s better to pay little extra to purchase somewhere else with a good customer service. Please avoid this place
