Stuff unprofessional, they don't care about nothing!
I was waiting my furniture 7 months!!! They didn't
pick up the phone! I had to call them 10 million times. Than they brought it to my house and it was broken, they took it back and brought one more time in 2 months and it was again broken!!!!
Nobody was saying a word, at least sorry!
So now I still waiting to come a guy from this company to fix it and it's already a year!
Never again!!!!!
Horrible company and so unprofessional people.

β β β β β Excellent service, and I do understand currently covid 19 cause a lot of delays, and I believe they are trying best, because they delivered to my custom sofa was evening yesterday, and they received their container just few hours ago, they spent a lot of times to bring it inside to my basement, I did not notice my way to basement is too narrow for this sofa, and arranged another 2 people come to help, they total have 4 ppl yesterday to help with this sofa, I was glad to see they did gave it up to bring to basement, then I can finally enjoy this beautiful piece, without their best effort, then I really do not know how should I deal with this big piece, 5 stars for sure, and 5 stars for quality, and design.

β β β β β is very bad customer service and be carful about if they ask you to buy extra warranty donβt buy waist your money because they are lier.they always hold excuses they donβt fix the problem on your furniture and your $200 dollars for extra warranty will be gone they are robbery those people.and they lie to me about my leather sectional they said is Italian leather it turn very bad the leather after 2 years and is not Italian leather they took my $200 dollars and they donβt want to fix the damage donβt buy anything from La vie furniture is all scam

β β β β β Delivery guys just left, I am trying to go online to do review, and just seeing these bad reviews from same person, I never seen people like Helia, whoever real name is, he/she is a such persistent person, there is no specific story, just keep doing this properly, do not believe google still allow this keep happening, and do not quite understand he/she has so much time to do thisοΌ:P, I feel sorry about my favorite furniture store is suffering this, but I am a very satisfy customer with lavie, I know today is a very important holiday for them, but they still arranged to delivery my bed and sofa to me, very nice delivery crews. thumb up!!
