I was quoted a price on some rims and they asked for a deposit. Instead of taking the deposit, I was charged the full amount. When I went to pick up the rims, I was charged again. The rims were incorrect. I did get my money back eventually.

Not clear about pricing. Quoted one price and charged more at pick up. Called around 10am and was told the part was ready. Got there around 3pm and was waiting quite a while for someone to even approach me and to get the part.

DO NOT GO HERE, these guys are cut throat. They do not care about their customers. Once they have your money you are dead to them. They are the definition of fraudulent, and prey on people who do not β€œcar savy”. If you do know about cars and try to call them out on their BS they become angry and try to convince you that you’re wrong and they are right. I rather walk everywhere for the rest of my life than get car help from these guys. There are soooo many better places to go for your car needs.

I chnge my car engine and that engine has 2 month wornty and when I have problem in my engine sayed he not give satisfy answer and he hand up his hand engin is still in wornty he told me u have to pay. Even I told him I will review on Google he told you can do it what u want.. I have very bad experience that's way I just inform u otherwise money and choices yours.

These guys have an out dated inventory list and are very unprofessional, their store is a mess, customers have nowhere to stand, there is a couch to sit on but 80% of it is covered with random car parts. They'll tell you they have a part but when you arrive they'll make up something like " the driver took it for scrap sorry I didn't know you were coming " after having me drive for an hour with the guarantee my part is ready for pick up. They will have you come to their shop only to raise the prices because it's a " due to unforseen reasons, take it or go somewhere else " situation. If you want to waste your money and your time by all means deal with these guys, if not there are many more car parts places much better and honest than these guys.

I was recommended by a friend to visit this place. as usual i read the reviews before going to this place. I must say they are very busy. Its a mechanic / auto part shop not a fast food restaurant. so i didn’t mind waiting a bit longer .But over all it was worth the wait. Price was good very friendly and honest people. Yes theres not that much room for a lot of customers to wait but its still understandable because there are a lot of car parts there from light bulbs , head lights to doors and engines and so many more. Very helpful and they actually offered a place for another car related needs i had for very good price, he called that place him self to make sure they take care of me. Over all i saved A LOT of money compare to 3-4 other places i called and visited for same mechanic jobs+ parts I highly recommend this place

wrong address on google. Showed up to the Mississuaga address just to call them and ask where the job was, and apparently it’s in Brampton on Melanie dr , which is where I live …. I then drive all the way there and was there at 5:15pm ( google says there business hours are till 6pm) just to be told over the phone again, β€œ no bro we close at 5, go this place” . I then called another β€œparts store” that was recommended by this one, and now they’ll have to order the part as it’s not in stock, even though Diamond Japanese Auto parts said β€œ they have in stock we get from them” . So I still have no part and am quite frustrated the fact that I wasted over an hour of my time on this matter . Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and very difficult to communicate. It’s very irritating when a place of business is not capable of speaking English. I don’t feel like that’s an accommodation that should only be available for some. English is Canada’s first language and there was definitely a language barrier
