★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2:32pm Wednesday 29th Finch exit- This truck cut through two lanes no signal in front of my car and then turned on the light that is already red. Gladly I stopped before I hit it when it cut in front my car. Two lanes over no signal. Your company should really train your drivers to not cause accidents by being reckless.

Sad that you hire drivers of this caliber to represent your company with such negativity. Only after a heated conversation did your drive finally move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a great company not just a good company to work for and this is it .I have been here for 5yrs and worked for many yrs in many aspects of the industry. VIC is great owner you can talk to but very busy man and dispatch do a excellent job to try and help .They give you the tools to do is needed and well work with you can't ask for more then that anywhere .We as a company do are best as a professional team to service are customers in everyway possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to avon regarding a job opportunity. I am an experienced driver working with day and ross. The person I talked on the phone was very polite and dealt in a good way. So I went in their office today and said that I have some questions and m here to complete the hiring application.
It looks like that was the owner in the office. Super rude, does not know how to give respect to people. I asked what model their trucks were? . He looked at my truck and said is that what you drive?
I said yes, he goes this is what you will get here too. So disrespectful. The person on the phone said that they had new trucks. Nevermind, I would prefer staying unemployed rather than joining the company.
All the truckers out there...please please please...do some research before joining any company. It is not worth risking our lives out their for people who treat us like that. It is a well paying job and thats why we choose it but stay away from these kind of people. They will not be a good help on the road, or if you get injured or somethng. They just treat you like a number and not as a quality employee.
