★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad I can't give zero star, don't buy from this people, they took forever to show up to check the gate and charged a ton of money for a 15 in check and to let me know the gate has a lot of issues, they were suppose to call back with a estimate but they never did, only a invoice show up twice.

They were professional and delivered on all their promises throughout the process. Over ten years later they are still standing behind their lifetime guarantee and have repaired some minor issues we have had with the ironwork. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst business experiences I have had. I am a property manager and needed some help with the gate on the estate. Joel sent his employee and he was a capable good young man. Did good work. He had come twice and there was more to do. Throughout the process Joel was hard to contact and never replied to my messages. The only way I ever got a hold of him was to call him. He ignored my text messages. Never contacted me.
I tried to get him to tell me when they would be back to complete the job. Asked him to send me a quote for that. Instead He sent his employee back to undo the work he had done. Who does that??? I was left looking for another gate repair company. He charges exorbitant rates and has terrible business practices. There are better out there. Work with them.
Incredibly bad. I rarely write reviews and you have to be a special bad for me to do so. I'm very busy. This business warrants it
