★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Mennonite queen bed via Berkshire Furniture. It was delivered before the given timeline and quality is 10/10. We are super happy with the purchase. We did shop around for mennonite furniture and their prices were super competitive and the customer service is beyond expectations. Besides, many places were simply trying to rip us off in the name of real wood but that wasn’t the case here. Deron was in touch with us and had set realistic expectations right from the beginning. He even explained us the differences between the wood and how to differentiate between them. He was very patient and gave us the confidence to go ahead and order a quality product.Deron personally dropped off of the bed and also helped with the installation. The service couldn’t get better than this. The bed looks amazing , quality is top notch and justifies the cost. I would highly recommend Berkshire Furniture and Deron to anyone looking to buy furniture. You can trust them blindly.

The quality of the furniture is excellent and we received the furniture exactly when promised, despite the pandemic. This is our second time buying from Berkshire and it definitely won't be our last. The service is exceptional and unparalleled. Saber and Deron are kind, patient, respectful, and extremely professional. They made the entire process, from purchase to delivery and installation, smooth sailing and easy for us. We are very pleased with our purchase and would highly, highly recommend!

My kid pulled the button out of his upholstered headboard with tufting - I called Berkshire Furniture for help and they pulled my file from years ago and found exactly the bed I had. They called the manufacturer, found out how to fix the button on the headboard and called me back with instructions a few minutes later. Saved me time and money. I recommend this store.

What makes this store outstanding is the level of service from Saber, Deron and their team. They always greet us with a smile and answer our questions with a great attitude. They even helped us fix another piece of furniture (purchased elsewhere) as a courtesy gesture. We would highly recommend this store to anyone.
