The 4 stars because of Mr. Gordon, he is very patient, gives the right professional advice and with a smile. He doesn't leave you before you get what you need. Minus one start, for few assistants who don't want even want to talk to you when you ask them, and the high prices

Had a small size BBQ that lasted 30 years no problem. Never failed. But felt it was time for a larger new upgrade. Bought a BBQ recommended by a salesperson about 1 and a half years ago from Home Depot. I’ve put BBQs together before. Since it was purchased, it never consistently fired up since we had it. Perhaps 4 times. Read the manual and followed through the instructions for troubleshooting with no flame. Took apart and reassembled the hose from the regulator to the venturi tubes and checked for a solid connection on both ends at least 3 times. Tubes were clean as a whistle. Used proper pipe cleaner to do the job. Tank full of propane. Wouldn’t even light the burners using a butane lighter. Company that manufactured it has a warranty that covers parts only for a year. Found out that they no longer make this model. Called Home Depot and you get a response from a machine that is a never ending loop of options to choose from. This was a lemon. Next time I purchase BBQ it will be with a Company that has a solid reputation and has been manufacturing BBQs for decades. It will be from a local retail store. Learn the hard way.

Words cannot describe what idiots are working here. I called in the afternoon regarding a barbecue and had asked to put it on hold as there were only 2 left. The lady that picked up the phone made a fake promise to me and said that she put one on hold for me to collect in the evening. Simple right? not in my case. I went to the store driving all the way from Mississauga only to discover that there was no barbecue on hold. The employees at the desk tried calling someone from the seasonal section but there was no reply. They asked for my name and number (which I did give to the lady on the phone) and double checked again with no luck. I am absolutely disappointed with their customer service and I have learned my lesson when buying from Home Depot. I guess lowes now gained a new customer.

Couldn't find the lumber section without looking. I was clearly not reading the signs properly. Use of verbal directions and more maps of the store would come in use. Was thrilled with the 2x4 I purchased here.

We came here to Milton Home Depot for the first time. It was quite overwhelming as we had to buy quite a lot of things for the house. That’s when the Home Depot assistant shohreh came to our rescue. She was so patient and understanding. Even though it was her time to leave on a Friday- she was patient stayed with us and answered all our queries. If you are new to Milton Home Depot and are overwhelmed and lost like us- please ask for shohreh. She is so knowledgeable and is really humble and does a great job! Had an amazing experience:)

I had to go to Home Depot to pick up a wall plate I had ordered on line. I went to customer β€˜service’ to get it and there was no one there. They had one person doing customer service and returns and you can’t see the customer service desk from the returns to I had to wait until all the returns were done before they looked around the corner, even the folks that came in after I was in line. Was finally greeted by a grumpy young man. I told him why I was there and he said do you have the order number. I said I don’t know it but can you look it up by my name. He said I can do phone number but didn’t you get an email. I started to tell him my phone number and he again says didn’t you get an email saying it was in. So I had to pull out my phone and find an email from a week or so ago. Found the email he scans it and goes to get the item. Upon his return I asked if I could pay for my other two items as well ($90 light and $5 plumbing). He said no, you need to go to cash, I said I was already waiting and don’t want to wait again as he walked away. I left the purchases on the counter and left. Disappointing.

Gentlemen in lighting I believe was awesome at helping me as well as young guy in tools and a super helpful girl in lumber, wish I had the names they deserve the shoot outs. However an older gentleman in tools refused to help me during to an issue with my service dog. I will never shop there again. Was going to speak with gen manager regarding incident but after that iindividuals out burst... not worth it. Funny how I take the time to shop local, spread the wealth and not always go to the best stores like ctc or home hardware or even online with Amazon for that matter... one visit to this establishment... one visit to many... feel bad for the 3 employees that did an awesome job helping me... only one was able to ruin it.
