★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes that's a small hardware store but that's nothing in comparison to the service I get every time I go visit this place. I am going to Milton Home Hardware since I moved to Milton and they make me feel welcomed every single time.
I also like the fact that they can order anything I have seen on their website, they call me a few days later when they get it.
The perfect community hardware store !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge shout-out to Bill in 'Electrical, Plumbing, & Seasonal'.
I called looking for a product, and it wasn't in-stock. But instead of telling me to call other stores he simply said, "Let me see what I can do for you."
He took my info. and long story short, Bill is the BEST to deal with. His eagerness, kindness, & efficiency is plain to see. This was by far one of the most wonderful customer service experiences.
I hope management recognizes the QUALITY of an employee that they have in Bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were looking for new baseboard for our home and had custom ordered the baseboard through their pro desk. Received confirmation they would be able to pickup the special order to accommodate my tight timeline. Originally disappointed when I showed up the committed day we were informed the baseboard would be available(with installers coming next day) to learn it was never ordered. Big thank you to Dana and their driver Ian for going above and beyond to have baseboard delivered and available for our installers. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever find yourself in there, look for Trich, here's a sales rep that could sell ice to the north pole. After almost walking out thinking I would not find anything on my list, not only did Trich find all my items, she also found a few others I had listed for another store. Awesome service, I hope they realize how people like that, make people like me come back again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our push lawnmower (Yardworks) finally gave up after 10+ years & my husband found a Radley Push lawn mower with a bag for a whooping $79.99. the machine got assembled yesterday & we tried in on our front lawn. It was sooo quiet and we liked that there are 3-4 height adjustment to choose from. This is such a great deal! THANK YOU for the 2 gentleman that helped us out; one went at the back to get the box and the other one stayed with us to chat/answer questions my husband has. Coming to this HH store is always a joy. The staff are very friendly; helpful, and there are lots of sales items you will discover as you walk around the store. Always a pleasant experience coming here.
