★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their closing time is 4pm. I was there at 3pm and the security guard said i need to come tommorrow. So if you are stop accepting new customers after 3pm then you need to update your working hours upto 3pm. Completely unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go without appointment. Wait times are crazy. Every 40 mins one person gets the chance to go inside for walk-in’s. Third world country government services are more streamlined than this.

Need to have an appointment to even get through the front door, but they won't give appointments. You are expected to stand in line before opening to get a time slot, then leave and come back. Cause people don't have jobs and kids, they are free to just drive to and from this place multiple times a day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BETWEEN 1 - 3 MONTHS, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION
They are only accepting applications and processing them with a return time of 4-6 months. If you need a passport within 1-3 months, you might as well wait until you are 25 business days away from your travel date and go to the Mississauga location as you won’t get your passport in time. The staff was helpful and gave everyone in line the correct information, regarding their applications.

Waited in line since 6AM and got out at 9AM
If you’re applying for a passport and need it IMMEDIATELY, DO NOT APPLY HERE. The wait time for your passport to come is 2 Months (8-9 Weeks). Not even guaranteed. They recommend you go to a Passport Service within 25 days until your departure with your ticket if you want to get it faster. They do not take fees for expedited process too.
COME PREPARED and READ INSTRUCTIONS. I’ve been overhearing other people coming in without Guarantor’s Signature or not having all required Applicant’s signatures.
Wait time is very long. There was only three Service Canada attendants and the filing was a tedious process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and if you have an appointment there is no wait at all. Super fast service! Keep in mind with Covid-19 protocols you cannot walk in, it is appointment only. I felt very safe going there as there was pretty much no one in there. I'm sure once things are back to normal, as with all service Canada's the wait times will be crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The laziest people work in Govt of Canada. They have no regards for humans and their time. People standing in line for hours in cold weather and no washroom facilities. Absolutely shame on govt of Canada. So called champions of human rights but have no dignity for their own people. Why run two tier system. Either make this appointment base or first come first serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If getting a passport know that as of May 20, 2022, you may not receive until the end of July. 10+ weeks! There is a security man at this location who did well in keeping the line orderly and by giving out numbers for people to be able to come back if they knew it would be a 4-5 hour wait instead of standing there all day. You must arrive between 7-8am to get place in line that will assure you receive a number, otherwise they hit capacity and won't give out any more numbers.
If you need a passport before 10weeks you must wait until you are travelling within 25 days to go to a Passport Office (not a Service Canada) Apparently, I will have to get in line at 4am and wait my turn. All this because the government didn't have the foresight to predict that they might need to hire more people to process passport applications. Just like they didn't have the foresight to save money for a rainy day or a pandemic.
