I have always found them to be extremely responsive, polite, kind, and understanding. Even the smallest changes and amendments we need to make, they are always ready to do so. They take care of their customers in extremely professional manner by offering amazing prices, always have a quick response with best advise. For instance, a few time we change our addresses and once we changed the car they immediately updated information. Once, they advised to use a system that will track the driving style and we can get discount and it was hard to believe but we got 23% of discount. There were many companies in the market and it was difficult for us to decide which company to select but I strongly believe that it was excellent decision to acquire insurance from Sterling. Based on our experience we have strong recommendations for Sterling insurance.
