★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using them for about 10 years. Being they are brokers they offer many different insurance companies and can shop all of them for you. I had a flood last year and they personally got involved with the insurance company to make sure my claim went through smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condescending attitude of one of the female Brokers (Lily) was impressive. My husband dealt with this company for years and on the odd occasion that I had to call them I always felt like I was putting her out and didn't know what I was talking about. Documents were mailed to the wrong address on more than one occasion, even the dealership we dealt with couldn't believe the attitude they received from her.
I would not recommend under any circumstances and now that the policy has expired we have moved to a new brokerage.

I typically have to make only one brief call to explain my needs, then she prepare the paperwork and I'm in and out quickly for the necessary signatures. I very highly recommend Youngs Insurance and Lily!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lily and her team are amazing. I was in an accident in a different country that left me with a totaled car and Lily helped us every step of the way. She fought for an extremely fair payout amount which was beyond what we expected. She advocated for us when the insurance company was taking longer than anticipated on certain issues. She is available anytime we need her and is always so quick to respond, which gives her clients a huge sense of comfort. She is very up front and honest and will fight for her clients needs! She is the best!

I went with his without even shopping around until I found Lily. She saved us over $300 annually. A few years later without my even asking - she on her own was shopping my policy around and found me a competitor that ended up being over $1000 less. I would have just stayed with the company I was with but she went above and beyond reaching out to me to make the switch. As a mortgage agent, I began referring her to all of my clients. I always follow up with my clients to see what they thought of my referrals (as it's important to my business to keep these strong) and I've never heard anything but positive feedback. Thank you Lily and company for helping me but also helping me keep my business strong!

First called her about 5 years ago, she was able to beat my rate then and still gives me the best rates every year when it’s time to renew. We purchased a new car last year and she took care of everything for us! Always a pleasure working with youngs insurance. Highly recommend!
