They have been able to save me money by reviewing my policies with me this year. Samantha, Barb, Vanessa, and Chris always pleasant on the phone or through email. Never feeling rushed. And... no automatic voice recording when I call the office. It is a real live voice when the phone is picked up. Absolutely love this.

She took the time to go through and explain the coverage with me to make sure we were getting the right coverage. To top it all off she was able to save us a few hundred dollars! Excellent customer service! I would for sure recommend her to friends and family!!

Love dealing with an insurance broker that feels like family instead of a big corporation where you have a different customer service agent each phone call!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took me 15 minutes to get insurance, brand new customer! Unreal! Great price, and great coverage - even with basic insurance things like windshield are covered. I am just happy I saved over an hour of my life, usually it takes almost 2 hrs to get insured over the phone.
