We will never shop here again. We've never been to Lowe's, preferring their competitors. But we tried it tonight (May 13, 2022) as it was closer to where we were. The store is poorly laid out, we couldn't easily find things we needed and there weren't staff around that we could find. But the worst was a woman working at customer service who spoke so unbelievably loud and rudely to a young cashier in front of other workers and customers. It was absurd and so unprofessional. We felt so bad for the cashier.

Well stocked store. Employees are helpful. Gave it t4 stars due to strange layout of store and I find prices are way too high. Be careful in the parking lot as it can be very busy.

Let's have a clearance sale on blinds, but oh wait, no one will be working that can cut them down to size for you. I have been there 3 different days to get one window covering, and still do not have them! Even with leaving the product, the size needed and my phone number! Poor service.

Unfortunately the inventory is never updated if you want to buy online and pick up at the store. This is not the first time that is has happened to me, when the internet says "items available in store is 22", it's never right. Most of the time they don't have the items or it's a different color. It's very disappointing that a big company like this shows a lack of organization. My only advice is to try to call before you go to make sure what you need is there, sometimes they will give you the correct information if you are lucky. Please Lowe's fix the problem, sometimes people have to drive for about an hour or more to find out that the store don't have the items.

Lowes can't ship my item, and not allow to cancel it or do a price match. I could have ordered it from the item brand online store with free shipping with much lower price. Response to the owner: very funny to ask me to call the same customer service number which can't do anything for me neither provide me any info why my item not being picked up by courier for a week. My local store staff is great, but this online service sucks.

I don't have any expectations from big box stores in terms of service. I actually have learnt to set my expectations extremely low so I am not disappointed when I visit big box stores like Lowe's, Rona or Home Depot. Felt like I was in luck when I stumbled upon Breton while browsing tiles in the flooring session. Breton was not only knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, but he went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed (as we needed many more items than just tiles). He was patient and in the end was able to help us get everything loaded into our cars. I can tell based on our experience with him and from observing how he served other customers that Lowe's has unique talent at this location. I would not be surprise if there is already some level of recognition for him. It is effortlessly apparent he is what I'd see as store manager quality. I hope Lowe's will foster this kind of talent as I find that good talent is hard to find...and even harder to retain. This is speaking from my professional management experience. Thank you for the (rare) genuinely pleasant shopping experience from a big box store Breton! You've certainly raise the bar and undoubtedly, raised expectations for my future shopping experience at Lowe's. That was so refreshing....considering I am used to zero help or even at times net-negative help from Home Depot staff (located nearby) that clearly are not happy to be where they are.

Nice staff. My biggest issue is that things are out of reach on a high shelf for things like air compressors and toilets. I'm interested in the compressors but if I can look at it, see the knows, etc. I'm not buying it. Same for the toilets, I'm interested in the one with built in bidet but unless you eight feet tall, I don't know how you plan on getting a real feel for the height and depth on a personal level. Why would a store put its sealed boxes within reach but the product out of reach from potential, undecided buyers?

Amazing customer service. Was walking around, looking for the product I wanted to buy. A nice young man approaches me and asks if he can help. Normally I have to seek people out and harass them when I'm in these chain stores. So I appreciated him asking. I tell him what I'm looking for. He says it's outside under some stuff. I'm thinking I'll have to go with him and wait while he gets it out, which is fine. But no. He's taking my cart and going to get it while I wait in the store, and says he'll be back in 5 minutes. I'm used to staff just telling me "it's in aisle 5." Not, I'll go to aisle 5 and bring it back to you. This is great. But I'm figuring he'll be gone a while. Nope, he was back in way less than 5 minutes. But he says the product was too difficult to get to. I'm thinking uhoh, that's kind of a lame excuse, am I going to have to start arguing? But NO. He's got a perfect solution, he'll give me the same product in a smaller package, but at the same price per unit. So he and his colleague continue with my cart and load it up and take it to the cash and advise the teller to charge a lower price. Everything simple, easy, no hassle. Honestly not sure I've ever had such good service at a big box store. Sincere thanks to the two associates who were so helpful.
