Mastermind Toys

First time visiting here. The girl at the counter was super helpful and really nice. Same for the manager on shift. Super nice and fun to talk to. Also found exactly what i was looking for for my nephew's birthday. I would definitely come back if i ever need anything just because of the incredibly nice and helpful attitude the staff here has. Thanks so much guys, u deserve the best!

Had an amazing experience there prices are up there but lots of great brands! Customer service was perfect very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back!

The staff is so wonderful here. There is one woman in particular that helped me carry my bags to my car in the rain so I didn't have to make 2 trips. I also love the wrapping they do, it's always quick and efficient!

I love the toy store feel, as well as the selection of high quality toys you sometimes can't get anywhere else!

I am not a fan of brand-name stores such as Mastermind Toys. Their products are overly charged for no good reason when we can find the same quality for a cheaper price elsewhere. However, seeing my mother's face when she came back from the store proves how wrong I am. My mother loves to go out with us but because of covid I rarely let her go for safety reasons and my wife took her to Mastermind for my kid's birthday gift. She was looking for something for the kids and unfortunately, she speaks very little English and due to this she usually struggles to communicate and does not find what she is often looking for and gets disappointed. But this time was different she came home with a beaming smile telling me about how the employee helped her find various toys and presents for the kids. While my mother was telling my wife what to translate the employee cut in telling them that they knew a little bit of Turkish, enough to try and help her without my wife's assistance. My wife said the employee's Turkish was nothing but sad attempts at joining words and phrases but it was enough to make my mother laugh and feel valued. For most of it, my wife did have to translate for both of them properly but the effort being made was more than could ever be asked for. The employee was patient, kind, caring and humorous never losing enthusiasm while guiding them. Taking time to show my mother around and attempting to speak with her themselves even if she had to ask how to say things properly. This may not seem like a big deal to many but in the past 7 years since my mother moved here, I have never seen her so joyful after shopping. Mastermind may just be another brand-name toy store that's overly priced but their staff provides valuable interactions and services that could not be found somewhere else. It makes it all worth it in the end.

Very nice store very nice staff. I went in with my wife and my youngest son was running around making a mess and hard for us to shop. An employee came and instead of telling us to watch our kid like other stores, which I understand is fault on our end but we are trying our best and sometimes its hard especially with younger kids. The employee saw our struggle and tried to attract my sons attention, playing around the store with him and keeping him entertained while my wife shopped in peace. All their staff are so friendly and nice and make your trip worthwhile, we had staff checking in on us to make sure we were doing ok and if we needed assistance with anything and helping us check out in the end and wrapping our gift better than we ever could! Best toy store and children friendly store! 110% recommend!

Definitely my new go to toy store, they have a good selection of toys to suit many ages. I love their email service with promos, great for birthday gifts etc. I also truly love the complimentary gift warp which makes everything so much easier for a busy mom. It took them under 2 mins to do that. I was very impressed by the staff. Thank you!

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Great selection for all age groups. They have complimentary gift wrap which really just made it's so much easier. Overall great experience, definitely my new go to store.
