F	Fercho C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a client from out the town of Milton that did not buy the machine from this place, but I found them very helpful to call my insurance to find out my eligibility for my CPAP supplies, I tried various masks for free until I found the perfect size and fit, They are always willing to give me help and advice even when I did not purchase the original CPAP from them. Sandra and the team is very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of CPAP therapy.

She assisted with quotes from the insurance company to ensure that the items were covered as it can be very expensive, she was extremely patient and helpful in finding a mask that fitted well. This is my first time using a CPAP machine and she was very patient with me and answered my questions. I got my CPAP machine and I'm very satisfied with it. I highly recommend them. I was very overwhelmed in the beginning but it was such a simple and easy process with them, I'm so glad I decided to come here.

He was a delight to work with as he extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every aspect of the RESMED 11 and how to properly get the best service from the machine. No hidden fees and charges. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a CPAPA machine as he is a straight up business person. Somehow i clicked the incorrect location. Well, i am after-all computer generation handicapped. Bill is based on Steeles Avenue in Thornhill. Go visit with him, he is an awesome service provider.

They helped me coordinate my prescription and took care of all of the paperwork with the government. I cannot stress enough how helpful they are. The only reason the I am giving 4/5 and not 5/5 is because of their hours of operation. I don’t work from home so in order to go to the store I needed to leave work early. It would be better to have one day a week where after hours were available. Besides that the service was great!

I was searching online to procure a replacement as the absence of therapy started having its effect. I came across OSC. My experience with them has been positive all the way. I received callback for my message in a timely manner. All my questions/concerns were adequately and professionally addressed. I was able to pick up a new AirSense device within two days and extremely happy with it. Great service Magda and Sandra!! Two thumbs up!

Magda took her time with me, answered all my questions,and believe me I had many. Had lots of laughs.She made everything easy for me.Set me up with my machine and mask and did all the paperwork for me.After my 2nd study the doctor had to make a few changes and that is when I dealt with Sandra as Magda was away. What a knowledgeable person she is.So easy to talk to and she got things done quickly and professionally. A delight to work with. This place is the best! Never hesitate to go there.
