I travel from North of Toronto (60 minutes) to deal with this location. They have always provide good sound advice, service on equipment and customer service/care. When my machine started acting up during the pandemic they were there to help me without hesitation. It is time for a new machine and I am continuing to use this location simple because they make me fell important. So many places customer service is a lost art but not at the Sleep Management Group in Oakville Ontario! I cannot say enough good things about my dealing with this location and the staff. They genuinely care; Kathy spent time to explain thoroughly the health advantage of using the CPAP machine and answered all our questions. You guys are amazing! Thank you!

I loved how they help and treat you despite of being buying something or only regulating your machine. I finally found a perfect place to deal with my CPAP. Don't waste your time with other stores. Sleep Management Group worked with me found a solution to my problem. Made it affordable & honestly saved my life. The Gentleman that helped was a Saint the owner of the company was also so supportive I was touched how nice they were to me & this was right when the pandemic was about to hit they still were so helpful. D	Danno C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't ask for a better service provider. My wife and I have been getting our "Dream machines from these folks for 19 years. Any time we've had even the slightest issue with one of our machines, they were right there's to support us without hesitation. This year one of our new machines broke down when we were in Florida. The local dealers were willing to ship it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement but they didn't offer a loaner. The manufacturer offered no help either. Now if you have sleep apnea you know that you can't sleep without your dream machine. I called SMG back in Oakville and they came to the rescue by arranged to send a new machine down with one of my kids. I don't even have to worry about bringing the defective machine back to them until we return in the spring. This is way beyond normal service. Thank you guys. ⁹

When I arrived I was greeted by Kathy, she walked me through everything I needed to know from the payment process to the maintenance of my CPAP machine. She spent time walking me through how everything works and made sure to answer and questions or concerns I had. I received a follow up call a 2 weeks later from Kathy, she was as pleasant as the day I went into the store. Staff was friendly and made sure my experience there was a smooth one. Thank you SMG!
