★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wished to post many thanks to Dory and the other employees at this company with whom I dealt. They were professional, knowledgable, and prompt. Over a month ago I went to multiple other stores and have still yet to hear from them, even with a quote. Meanwhile Dory had attended our home provided multiple quotes, and the lift was installed this weekend.
Great company, and even better people, would recommend them to everyone, as would my mum who is so happy with the freedom and safety the lift and wheelchair have provided her at this stage of life.
Will definately return to them for any related needs. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a scooter from them and the experience could not have gone better. Super friendly and informative staff, they showed me how to disassemble the scooter, they loaded it in my car, and they took it out of my car and reassembled it when I returned. Highly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. We purchased a walker for my father in law unfortunately he passed away and never had the chance use it. The owner/manager refused to take it back because I went to the store 3 days past the 30 day return policy. I explained the situation but it was like talking to deaf ears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to replace the bearings in my uncle's mobility scooter. My uncle called ahead so they were expecting me. I brought them the tire and they were supposed to replace the bearings that day. When I cam to pick it up they told be that it could not be fixed and they sold me a badly used replacement. When I brought it home I realized that it was not even the correct wheel and it would not fit. On top of that the wheel that they sold me was in terrible condition and was worse than the original one. After very little effort I was able to remove the old bearing and bought 2 new ones from Princess Auto for $3.99. They told me it could not be repaired but they didn't even try!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were interested in purchasing a mobility device but wanted to try it out first. They didn't have any on display so they opened a new one, assembled it and let my husband try it. The gentleman that served us was so helpful and patient and did not pressure us to make a purchase. In the end we did not purchase the device because it wasn't right for him. I would recommend Medics Mobility for their excellent customer service.
