★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Shoppers drug mart on 14th october Thursday and i got a very warm welcome as soon as I entered in the store. I needed help with couple of things and there was very nice young girl Esha she came to me and asked me if I needed help. She was smiling through out and answered all my questions. She left to cash out another customer and immediately came back and asked me if I needed anything else. I am really happy with the great customer service Esha gave me. When Esha cashed me out she was very fast and smiling and polite.
Thank you Esha for such a nice experience. I will go back for sure to see her again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in on a Friday afternoon 2021-10-22 around 1PM to have my covid vaccine 2nd shot. The pharmacy was understaffed with just two people managing to do all the work. After waiting for nearly 45 mins, I got my shot but they missed to register it in the government system. So I went in again after 2 days to get it uploaded so that it reflects in Ontariovaccine certificate. There were 3 other people who had vaccine along with me, guess they would have missed to upload theirs too. Worst experience, govt should have some protocol to ensure they look up into all this negligence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three days ago my wife visited the store. She tried to take out some cans of drinks from a crate. The crate was placed incorrectly and during this action the whole crate fell on her feet injuring her. She fell down there and asked the staff to help her. After some time the lady from the Post office Ms. Diane came to help her. My wife asked to report the matter to the Stores Manager. The Manager came and said the owner of the store was not available and she can not do anything without the help of the owner.
Next day we called the owner Mr. Victor Kumar and he did not take it seriously saying that he will investigate it.
This is for the information of the customers if anything accident happens and the owner is not there you will not be given any help and no accident will be reported. The owner did not accept his responsibility of the products displayed incorrectly and unsafe and that the Manager should have recorded the incident even if the owner was not there.
I am reporting the matter to the Ministry and other authorities against this Shoppers Drug Mart. Be very careful while doing business with this store.
You must check your receipt before leaving the store, because there is always extra charges added either knowingly or by mistake by the cashier. Be very careful otherwise you will waste your time and money by coming again to get the money you paid extra for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sales clerk by the name of Dijana who works in the shoppers drug mart post office was very rude! First she kept me on hold for 15 minutes just to let me know if my package was there or not. Then while waiting for her she was dealing with another customer who I could hear was frustrating her, she then returned to the phone call with me but had an attitude she then hung up the phone on me! I drove there to pick up my package and she continued with the attitude and did not want to serve me. Another rep came by and made her service me! In the end I got my package but I am so disappointed with the service I received! Dijana is very rude and lacks customer skills!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the pharmacy changed ownership, I have seen a real decline in customer service. Case in point, we recently received a call that my 94 year-old mothers meds were ready for pick-up. Since she was very low, I went before closing at 10 PM only to be told they were not ready and to come back the next day. Upon arrival the following day, I was informed that she would only be receiving a week's worth of meds due to shortages. Not their fault for sure but it would have been nice to know in advance. They told me they would make it right by the following Monday (today). When I arrived today, I was informed the prescription was not ready and would not be so.until tomorrow. OK folks, even a simple call to tell me plans have changed would be nice. The previous owners would have done so. Your team is dealing with a lot with now with Covid and flu shots but still, prescriptions are your bread and butter. Do better or you will lose me as a customer after 30 years of using this store.
