★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can NEVER get ahold of them. I leave constant messages on a machine or with “reception”. When I need something simple but important done like getting a copy of a slip and it takes days to a week to get in touch.

I had called to organize canceling my insurance policy and everything was ok at this point. We prepared documents to submit my wife called (2 weeks later) guy gives her a hard time all she wanted was the fax number to send over the paperwork. Treatment she recieved becuase we were canceling our policy due to fact car wasn't running anymore. He said why do I care your canceling. I am big on treating all cleints with class. I never have written a review for anything. NOT IMPRESSED don't recommend to anyone.

Aim Safe Insurance is a fantastic company and I revoke my previous review as it was all a miscommunication/misunderstanding. They got back to me in a timely manor and was able to provide me with what I needed and provide great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not return voice mails or respond to email. I've been trying to cancel my policy for a month and am getting the run around. I've been charged again for a policy I gave weeks notice to cancel. Go anywhere else for insurance.
