★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both home and auto insurance were canceled and heard nothing from Debbie..we found out when GM Financial started calling us.. she said she would call back and never did..3 weeks later after a few emails and phone calls we find out she is on vacation... nice... real nice, and apparently it takes days for someone else to return your call with a new quote! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, the incompetence here is strong!

I have always found them to be totally professional and responsive to all our needs. In a time where it can be tough to navigate the commercial/auto market and choose a broker who will actually look after you I would highly recommend Martin & Wright insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After changing a company name and closing a insurance policy I had with another insurance broker at this location I had a meeting with Gail Stafford about insuring a business only to be ignored for the next three months and counting.
After several unreturned calls I decided to go with another company. I have the feeling Gail had an interest in the industry I was trying to enter and used her position to affect my business and cripple the competition or she likes to discriminate against minorities either way she is not a nice person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined this company with a great broker, over time she moved onto other companies, as they did not enjoy the toxicity of the entitled older karens who was butchering her accounts on mat leave.
The “replacement” for my original broker is an entitled, privileged under-educated broker that doesnt understand the value of the customers who keep her lazy, privileged karen butt parked, doing nothing except renewing accounts they did absolutely nothing to get.
I feel the for the receptionists dealing with these Karens barking at them in front of customers.
This brokerage doesnt deserve your business.
