Family doctors are knowledgeable and helpful, they go the extra mile to refer my family to the other services that are conveniently located. Walk-In times are moderate wait times. The doctors here are very thorough. When I took my daughter to the walk in for what I thought was minor cramps they efficiently had the necessary tests and had then analyzed to identify that she had appendicitis….before sending us to the hospital. The extra thought and time before sending us to the hospital was amazing. For all your health and specialist needs I recommend this clinic.

Had to argue with them for 3 days to get a referral for my insurance. 3 days of them telling me they'll call and never do. Left me high and dry with no referral and telling me to go elsewhere. Now screwed for insurance.

S	Steve Kerr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a new family doctor. I made an appointment and met the doctor who was kind. He sent me to get blood work done, which I did. He told me he would be in contact with me after getting the results so I can set up an appointment for a physical. A few weeks went by and I didn't hear a response. I contacted the office and left messages. Eventually someone from the office got back to me and they apologized for the doctor. They told me they would try to set up my appointment within the next couple of weeks, but if the doctor doesnt respond to them they will find me another doctor. This was at least six months ago and I never heard from them again. I hate getting blood work done and I had it done for nothing.

I got a call 5 hours later at 7pm (after office hours?) and was left a voice message. I called back the following day for my 'virtual' appointment and was told I'd be called by the office to schedule a time to pick up my requisition form and to schedule a time to see the on-site physician. I was never called back. I left a voice message. Again, never called back. This to me is indicative of the lack of care and attention given to people's health by this clinic. I hope TrueCare didn't bill OHIP for this non-service.
