★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is nice and professional. He is professional and straight-forward that might annoy some people but is good at his work. Do visit if you need good/clean Halal meat. My wife loved how clean it was!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad they dont have negative stars...have been going to this store for couple of years today when i went there was a lineup so i waited for him to finish people ahead of me. While i was waiting owner acknowledged when i came...in the meantime while i was waiting 2 more customers walked who apparently happened to know him. He starts taking their orders and did not even bother asking me for my order. So when i confronted him about not taking orders based on first come first serve he started raising his voice at me and accused me behaving like this all the time which obviously was not the case since i waited for my turn. The owner is not only rude but he is a compulsive liar and does not care about his customers. Will never go back and dont recommend anyone else to go there too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I treat them with respect and get same back. I don't know exactly what to always buy but tell them what I am trying to make or show a picture. They always give me what I need and we have developed a good understanding.
My advice is to go to any store and build a relationship. Even if one order isn't perfect you can always work it out and that is how these guys operate. If a mistake is made they have always listened and tried to improve on next order. Can't ask for more than that.
Also food tastes good and my kids like ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the rude owner who usually works in the butcher section. The butchers in general have poor customer service. However, gets a 1 star from me due to the owner acting like an assh*le to all customers.
Learn to behave next time.???

milton rates. Missisagua can be cheaper so dont compare. Been buying them for over 2 years and no complaints so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, I’ve had an accident and unable to walk, while waiting in the car my son goes in the shop to buy goat meat and almost everything is fat, I had to go back to the shop with my walking stick only for the guy serving to talk back at me yelling and very rude, banged the money back at me on the counter, I always patronize this shop but today was a shocker all because the owner is away. This tall guy serving me was unbelievable, even his colleagues who recognized me try to stop him but he won’t listen, soo rude, he ignored totally while I stood there waiting in pain, I only asked him to sell me meat with less fat, I’m praying for another shop in Milton because this behaviour is terrible, bad customer service. I’ve had a number of friends I’ve suggested this shop to tell me the meat has too much fat and also complain of their unfriendliness. I went in the shop in a lot of pain and nicely asking for less fat. I’ll never step my foot there ever again.
