★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have ever had with a medical practice. They are unorganized. The doctor made me feel like a number and that I was inconveniencing him. They rush you in and out. I recently lost my family doctor to retirement and was looking for a new doctor. Didn't fill out the proper paperwork. No follow ups to test and wasn't interested in getting to the bottom of pain issue. Left this clinic to a much better practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate 0 for this clinic, I would. I rarely do reviews but this one has the worst customer service ever. The old receptionist with blonde Short hair has an attitude. Not helpful at all. I had to bring my son to a walk in clinic. His health card was with my husband, who is couple of hour drive away, but I could not wait until he comes home from work because my son was having a hard time coughing and breathing. So, i got a picture to show. But she wouldn’t take us. She wants me to go get it from my husband, and blames me for not having it. I am willing to pay but I am not paying to get this rude service. I had to go to another clinic because I cannot deal with this kind of person. The other clinic took us with no problem, they just asked for a deposit that could be reimbursed once we showed them the health card. I would never go back to this clinic at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr P has been my family doctor since we moved to Campbellville 16 years ago. She is kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. She has helped my myself and my daughter through some rough patches and always has a smile when we walk in. The staff at this clinic are also helpful and friendly.

All reception staff is extremely rude, but recently there is a young sweet girl answering the phone, she is so nice, I wish I knew her name...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most ridiculous place... I have been patient with them past 2 years but extremely poor service. Myself and both daughters are patience but they refused to take my wife as patient. Hardly gives apt on time when we needed. I am done with them... already looking for good doctor and quality service. Not happy with Dr. Reem Alsabbagh - she need to understand meaning of yearly physical check up.... front end staff is newbie and does not even know how to register a new patient....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really appreciate Dr. Dvorskyy and his staff. He really listens to my issues and he is funny, friendly, and very honest. When I have had some issues of more concern, he has never hesitated to provide me with a requisition for a specialist. He always explains his diagnosis clearly and provides me with different options to consider when moving forward. Also, the staff is incredibly warm and accommodating when I have had to miss an appointment. Very happy with my experiences and have recommended him to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Dvorskyy is the best doctor, knowledgeable, attentive and very professional. The team is very accommodating, friendly and easy to deal with. Lowest waiting times in any doctors office I've ever been to. I highly recommend.
