I'm not one to post a review, unless I really feel strongly about my experience. If the service is bad or slow, I just end up leaving. I got to the walk in clinic and was told to book an appointment for 1pm if I didn't want to wait, so I did and came back in 45 min. Within 5 min. of my appointment I was given a room, and the doctor walked right in with me. After answering my questions, and doing some tests, she explained to me what I should be doing, why I should get more tests done, and wanted to see me again for a follow up. (I wish I knew her name to post here). I don't have a family physician anymore since I moved to Milton 12 years ago. If I had a family physician, then this doctor would be the one. Sometimes you need good professional people around when you need help, and this doctor is that person. Getting my prescription filled took 5 more minutes. As you can see from the other posts, the pharmacist here goes out of his way to help you and everyone in there. He exemplifies professionalism in every sense. I actually shook his hand when I left, I was so happy with the service.

Beware. DO NOT go to this walk-in clinic. I do not write any review but I'm posting this review so that others can find better clinic and benefited by selecting other service provider. The front desk staff is not qualified to get any single star rating. This organization should send the front desk lady for proper training on how to speak/behave with customer. I had a very bad experience with this doctor office. They always want money without any better service. When I ask her name, she said "I'm not obliged to share my name".. Really....Do you really care about your patient and/or customer? My insurance provider wanted more specific information about the diagnosis in the prescription that is why I approached them but the front desk lady said I've to pay another $20 whereas I visited doctor by paying $65 already. Long way to go to improve the service. I'm new to Canada but I've not seen any such poor service in last 20 years.

The pharmacy here is the best in the region Hani is incredibly knowledgeable and really shows how much he cares for his patients. Dr. Kathuria is amazing, knowledgeable and caring. Great facility and is not just another place to pick up your prescription, but also a place where you get great medical advice and responsible health care.

Dr Kathuria is very professional, friendly and approachable. Her receptionist is also very friendly. Although the clinic could be better organized, their services are great.

Dr. Chanchal Kathuria is the worst person and the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met in life. This lady should be running a circus. I have gone through extreme pain and sufferings due to her ignoring my medical condition saying all south Asians have fat liver so my pain on lower abdomen was related to my being from Asia and having an automatic assumption that I had a fat liver. I was in pain. I needed medical attention, not this information about fat liver. I have filed a complaint about her to the College of Physicians.

This is my go to pharmacy. It is a small pharmacy. Hani is so pleasant and understanding. He always greets you with a smile. He answers all questions with patience. He explains how the medicines are to be taken. The hours of operation are very conducive for working class professionals as well.

i would strongly suggest going to a different walk-in clinic. due to covid they have been taking appointments over the phone, which would be fine if the receptionist or staff were properly trained on how to speak to patients. when speaking with the doctor, i told her my concerns and that i believed it was mild dermatitis that i just needed a cream for. the doctor insisted that i had some much more serious condition and was forcing her personal bias about certain topics on me. She wouldn't listen to me and was very negative - basically saying that she doubts i will get better. the reception is also incredibly unorganized. I asked them to fax my prescription to a shoppers location (i provided the fax number), but when i went to pick up my prescription at the shoppers it never went through. I called the clinic so they could send it again and the receptionist said it wasn't going through. obviously this happened the first time as well, but they failed to inform me and wasted my time. In the end i had to pick up the prescription from their pharmacy which is likely what they wanted me to do anyways.
