★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with returning. The cashier told me they don’t accept returning during covid with a relatively careless attitude. I had to point out the reason why i wanted to return since they’ve charged me more than the flyer price. At the end, i got the price adjusted, but it’s not a good shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with a 'temporary store manager'. When I asked HER questions SHE repeatedly responded SHE does not know and SHE can't really help as she just a temporary there in covering another manager. Surely the company hired a wrong individual as I believe many other more qualified staffs can become a better store manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving a one star because outside of this store is absolutely disgusting because of all the garbage! The cart corrals (especially the one located right outside the door) is always littered with garbage, along the fence line in the parking lot, as is the employee “smoking” area. I’m actually very shocked that the town of Milton hasn’t requested something be done about it! No other grocery store is like this. I’ve been coming to this location weekly for many years, and have rarely ever seen it clean outside! Horrible for the environment!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prices. Excelente prices in food and vegetables. The parking lot is big. The store has a renovation areas. They added more pay your own cash. The store has public washroom.
Now the store open a fast check express for the costumers ?excelent international products ?the store in inside the plaza with others stores like bank, pizza ?, ice cream ? around ?.
The store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol. You have to wear mask ? all the time.
Every week they have differents products on sale.
Be aware that sometimes the store is busy and you have to stay in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought 2 pomelos today, on sale for $2.88 each, both were very bitter, i called the store and the lady said that they don’t accept returns JUST BECAUSE OF THE TASTE. If only one is bitter and the other is ok, then I would accept it, but both are bitter, chances are all the pomelos they got from their supplier are of low quality. They should accept the return and give me a refund, and inform their supplier of the bad quality of their produce. If the customer is not satisfied with a product, he should have the right to return it. Where is customer service here - FOOD BASICS MILTON (Bronte & Laurier)??? Anyhow, I’m not going back to this store! If this happens at No Frills, they would gladly accept the return and give you a refund. Buyer beware…
